The Growth Company is seeking experienced employment support providers to partner as subcontractors on the DWP Jobs Guarantee programme. This is a Phase Two rollout targeting 18-24 year olds who have been unemployed for 18 months, operating across 25 areas nationally from November 2026.
Key requirements

- ▸End-to-end employment support provision delivery capability
- ▸Strong local labour market knowledge and employer links in delivery area
